Pasta Grannies gives the recipes away. Why do a million people still watch?
Stanford researchers took a hundred biology papers and turned 74 into working AI tools. An AI can now turn a lot of written methods into tools anyone can use.
Now look at Pasta Grannies: Italian grandmothers, most in their eighties and nineties, one of them 102, making pasta by hand in their own kitchens. The recipes are free. The channel has over a million subscribers, and the cookbook won a James Beard award. Founder Vicky Bennison says it's all muscle memory, and they make the food for us, not for YouTube or the audience.
Nobody's selling anything, so you believe them. Founders, soon an AI will hand out your steps. Put the person on your team who's done the work for years on camera, doing it.
