A colorblind dad sees how blue his kids' eyes are for the first time
Opie Hughes, a dad in Erie, Pennsylvania, is red-green colorblind. His family ran a fundraiser for a $350 pair of EnChroma glasses, and his sister Katherine filmed him opening the box at dinner.
He put them on, looked down at his two kids and teared up. She said, look at their eyes, they're ice blue. He had to sit down. Her video went viral.
Strangers watched a man put on glasses because of emotional contagion: people copy the expression on a face they're watching, without deciding to. Post your customer's face the second your product works. Nobody can feel a spec.
